“Matera es mágica”

Excellent service, very friendly, they explained everything you need. The breakfast was very complete. They let us leave our bags after check‑in without any trouble.

The breakfast was very good, but when I compare the price to the value, it feels off. I paid for a room without parking, a terrace or balcony, and it was inside an old building with simple furniture. The view was nice, but you only get it from the door; there's no balcony and the terrace is two floors down. The bed had a short mattress that looked crazy and too short for me. It seemed like the room was prepared quickly and lacked style. I was confused about what I paid for, and I expected much higher quality for that money.
