How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
My stay was a mixed experience, as I absolutely adored the friendly and helpful staff. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of my room, particularly the bathroom, where I had to complain about the toilet seat not being properly cleaned. Despite this issue, I found the room to be comfortable and cozy overall.

I had a great experience at this hotel, with many things being excellent. Unfortunately, I was disturbed by noisy housekeeping in my room early in the morning.
