Far from the main road, so no traffic noise, but a great spot to hit the convenience stores, temple, and restaurants. The view of Gunung Batur is beautiful. The room is bright and there's a kitchen downstairs to cook meals; it feels very cozy.

Horrible! We left after only 2 hours because it was so dirty. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in ages; there was urine and feces on the toilet bowl, shocking! The sink smelled like vomit. The room was covered in mold because the humidity couldn’t escape. They tried to mask the smell with perfume. The owner apologized and said he would send someone, but no one ever showed up; at 8 pm he kept saying his team would come, yet we had already moved to a clean place. Of course he didn’t refund us. We’re not picky about cleanliness, but this was the worst we’ve seen in 10 years traveling in Asia. We didn’t even bother taking photos of the toilet, which is a shame. Don’t go.

The only thing I liked was the outdoor area. Everything else was damp, covered in mold, and the kitchen was dirty, including the fridge.

The view was great, and we could relax. Free drinks were available, and the hot water worked fine. The downside was that there were no amenities, so we had to bring our own, and bees kept coming in.

We spent a wonderful night at this place in Kintamani. We stayed in a Superior Room with a garden view, and it was absolutely charming, quiet, and very clean. The location on Jalan Raya Kintamani is ideal for enjoying the fresh air and the beauty of the area. The welcome was warm and the check‑in/check‑out process ran smoothly. It’s the perfect spot for a couple seeking tranquility. Highly recommend.
