Awesome location and staff who are extremely attentive. The room was quite small and the curtains couldn’t close fully, limiting privacy.

Very warm welcome. The hotel’s vibe is friendly, with hosts playing music. The neighborhood has good shops and restaurants nearby. The price is a bit steep (we were a family of five in a room with three bunk beds), but the room was fairly spacious with a small kitchen area. The cost feels high for the service (breakfast with sliced bread, orange juice, coffee, tea, and soup).

The staff were very pleasant, attentive, and quick. Definitely the best part of the place. It’s true the rooms aren’t huge, but that’s normal in Japan. The bed, however, seemed big for a single. The room looked neglected, with mold in some areas, and the bed wasn’t very comfortable; all the springs were noticeable.
