I stayed for more than 30 days while I was in between moving out of my rental apartment and buying a new home, so this hotel was my base; it was quiet, relaxed, and exactly what I needed. Bonus: the refrigerator/freezer was a bit larger than most hotels and let me keep more food for my long stay, which was really handy!

The air conditioning worked well. The room smelled like pot, cigarettes, and strong chemicals; the tub drain backed up when I tried to shower, the shower head leaked, and the toilet leaked excessively—quite a mess.

It was close to the event venue and inexpensive for the area. However, there was no art on the walls so the sound just echoed, the floor was dirty, and the outside was mediocre. Overall, it matched what I expected for the price.

I appreciated the green grounds and the cornfield behind the hotel, and the fact that you can drive straight up to the door like a decent motel; Gideon Bible was also there. The bathroom vent was dusty.
