How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
It’s in the old medina and feels very lively. After staying in a very small room with several shortcomings, we were lucky to get a better one. You can’t relax because you’re next to a woman who is mentally unstable and shouts a lot, especially at night. The rooms are also very old and the facilities are lacking. The price doesn’t match the quality at all.

The reception was awful, the stairs were terrible, the room was a mess, and the whole place was a disaster.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to solve problems or lend a hand, the hotel was spotless and matched the photos, I would recommend it.

It’s close to the local market, but you have to walk 5 minutes to get to the property because the car doesn’t go inside; breakfast was excellent, the staff were very good—Ali and a girl served me breakfast, both were very nice; the bathroom had a smell and it was noisy at night, otherwise everything was fine; I paid 50€ and felt it was a bit expensive since I stayed at a 3‑star ibis in Casalanca for 50€.
