I liked the outdoor area and recreation. The rooms and gym urgently need renovations! Shampoo was missing all the time in my room; they put a little each day. The beach club is terrible. Coconut water was missing all the time, the snacks were the same every day and awful, and the beer ran out mid‑day.

Only the bed was okay; the room itself I didn’t like at all—no maintenance, old bathroom, dark closet, and for two nights at night there was no TV.

The food and drinks were top quality, and the staff were very helpful. The beach area felt cramped, with very few tables, chairs, and loungers available.

The facilities, location, and leisure team were great. The daily cleaning was rather superficial, and the food was very basic—no moqueca, only daily meat and chicken. There was a single day of Asian cuisine, but it was weak, just three simple types of sushi. My wife and daughter got sick on the last day with vomiting and headaches; we weren't the only ones—another couple also fell ill, showing signs of food poisoning. A real disappointment.

We booked this as a honeymoon gift and the couple enjoyed their stay. I made the reservation and was a bit let down that my request for a simple honeymoon decoration wasn't honored, even after calling the hotel to confirm. Nothing was prepared, and the price felt high for what was offered.
