“A total ripoff”

We paid €790 for two nights and it felt like a total rip‑off; nobody made our beds or cleaned the shower room. The top‑hotel rates were absurd for a flat share. The room was big, clean, and the bed was fine, but it was Spartan, bleak, and unwelcoming. There was only one small bottle of water, four coffee pods, and two biscuits. No toiletries were provided except hand wash, and an almost empty bottle of Dove shower gel had been left by someone. Because no staff attended, there was no coffee, water, or biscuits on the second day for £390, and it felt like a student flat.

Daniela handled every quirky issue with ease, and I really appreciated her hospitality. A little more sunlight would have been nice, but it’s not a major problem.

“Sehr nette Gastgeber und eine überraschend tolle Stadt. Hat sich gelohnt.”

The communal kitchen was well equipped, allowing us to make coffee or tea anytime, and the garbage was constantly taken out. The mattress was perfect, not worn out. Daniela and Davide were genuinely committed to ensuring a pleasant stay in Palermo.

“Gute Unterkunft”

The largest room was very clean and came with a fully equipped shared kitchen. The communication about luggage storage before check‑in was a bit complicated, but it ultimately worked out well.

I appreciated having access to all the facilities and the privacy of a private room and bathroom. The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable.
