I was surprised by how clean the walls and bathroom were - it was a bit of a relief, given what I was expecting. That's about where the positives end, though. The rest of the place was a letdown, but at least those two things were done right.

The location was decent, being close to the town square, but that was about it. The hotel was a total disaster - I texted them multiple times and got no response, and the staff at both the Re doorz centre and Hotel Paradiso were super unfriendly and didn't care about our complaints. The room was a nightmare: not clean, not safe, with a dodgy lock that could be opened from the outside, and it reeked of dust and who-knows-what.

The location is super convenient, right in the city center, opposite a mall, and close to the airport, which is great. The AC was also really good, and it was pretty quiet around there. However, I was a bit disappointed with the TV and shower - they weren't great.

This place was horrible, and I'd advise anyone to steer clear. It was overpriced and super dirty - not exactly what you're looking for in a hotel.

Honestly, there was nothing good about this hotel - it was all just horrible. The worst hotel I've ever stayed in, in Indonesia, hands down. It was a total shame, with dirty everything, no towels, no windows. and the price was way too high for what you got.
