We stayed 1 night in transition before heading to the Gili islands, everything was perfect! The hosts were very kind, helped us find a SIM card and book the boat tickets. The breakfast is delicious. The rooms are comfortable. Thanks again 🙏

The location sits atop a mountain overlooking Padangbai, giving you a quiet, natural setting outside the town center, yet you’re only a 10‑minute walk into the village. The host, the owner, offers help and advice on everything from laundry to snorkel trips, boat rides, a pharmacy, scooters, and any other idea you can think of; he coordinates with people in his network. The room is the best bed in Bali, clean, cool, and the breakfast is prepared with care to your personal preferences, featuring super fresh fruit and a daily local market tasting that changes each day. The only downside is that we didn’t discover this place earlier. 😉

The homestay was very comfortable, especially the bed which was just incredible 🥰. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make you feel at ease, and the owner took great care of his guests. A pleasant surprise was that he took me on a scooter ride and lent me PMT gear to head to the Blue Lagoon beach. It was really nice!

The natural surroundings, the cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of the staff, and the assistance with port pickup and buying boat tickets made for a great breakfast experience. However, the bed was really too high for me, making it uncomfortable, and the air conditioning constantly made a loud wind noise, so I eventually turned it off to sleep.
