The reception was very good, the cleanliness, the bar, and their cocktail menu were all fine, and the breakfast was very good and complete. However, there were too many people at the spa, sometimes you had to wait to enter a Hammam room, the sauna was not hot enough, and overall there were just too many people at once.

The first room assigned still had other guests in it, the second room still had belongings left, the restaurant billing was disastrous, and we almost had to wait 20 minutes for check‑out.

The spa was fully equipped, spotless, and modern, and the food at the restaurant was of high quality. The bed was very comfortable, the parking lot was large, and the staff were friendly. The only drawback was that Wi‑Fi wasn’t available everywhere.
