The staff at this place are really friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, the internet in the room was pretty slow and kept dropping, which was frustrating.

“Staff harus di pastikan bahwa mereka melakukan pekerjaan nya. Receptionist pastikan mengerti dan bisa menanggapi keluhan”

We checked in at 10pm and had booked three rooms, but two of them had broken air conditioning. We had to wait till midnight for it to get fixed. We checked out early at 5am and when we mentioned the issue to reception, they just gave us a dismissive look.

The atmosphere here was great, with excellent staff to match. They really made us feel welcome.

“Gutes zentral gelegenes Hotel”

The breakfast buffet was top, loads of choice. Room wasn't ideal though, no balcony and no mini-fridge, which was a bit of a letdown. And by the pool, there weren't enough sun loungers or umbrellas - felt a bit shortchanged on that front.
