The food was presented carefully, and the staff were helpful with operating the appliances. Friendly service and attentive at check‑in. We received an upgrade to the room. However, no hot meals were offered, the information from the agency came very late, the bathroom was very small, and there was no wardrobe.

Very nice, cozy rooms with a great view of the mountains and the lake. The only downside was that smoking was not allowed on the terrace, and there were no warm breakfast eggs.

The room was spacious, clean and offered a nice view, and breakfast was superb. The only drawback was that the station was a bit far, especially when lugging a large suitcase.

The room 33 with its own roof terrace and Jacuzzi has long been the best we’ve booked in a hotel. Coupled with a friendly reception and a great breakfast, we enjoyed a relaxing break in this little gem and would gladly recommend it.
