“Lovely site , great walks and beeches”
The place was spotless, and the staff communicated well while keeping everything from bed linens to soaps fully stocked; the location was just right—far enough from the main building yet a 10‑minute walk to the water‑sports area and a tiny beach that’s absolutely gorgeous. There are plenty of walks and a few beaches within a 15‑minute walk or bus ride from the main reception, which takes you into Poole. The only downside was that the outside main eating area can get grubby at times; the shop was well stocked but I didn’t see much appeal in Burger King or Papa John’s, which seemed like the worst chain options. The fish‑chip shop was okay. During peak times, all food areas can get crowded, and the restaurant food was decent but not remarkable; there can be a wait if you order to your outside table.
