The property was misrepresented online and the conditions were completely unsafe, and that was exactly what I experienced.

“I drive hotshot there is plenty of room outback to park I would stay again there a lot a food locations around the room”

The property wasn’t bad but long‑term residents left a lot of trash in the hallways, and you have to book yourself through a kiosk, which I don’t really like; otherwise the room was clean, the beds were nice, and there was just a little noise.

“Overall, it was good. Very close to Buffalo airport. Neat room. Price was reasonable.”

The room was good and clean, but the pathway outside the room was a bit messy with snacks thrown by someone, probably late at night when we checked in; I hope the cleaning had taken place the next morning or so, otherwise it was OK.

“I stayed there 17 years ago at the beginning of a cross country trip, and thought the hotel would be of similar quality.”

Convenient to the highway, but very dirty with a pervasive smell of filth; it’s supposed to be a non‑smoking hotel, yet whatever they sprayed to cover that up had me coughing continuously through the night, and the check‑in process was very complicated—while the clerk on the other end of a virtual teller tried to help, the technology kept complicating matters and took way longer than it should have.

“Was not worth the cost. I look like it could have been a beautiful place at one time.”

The bedroom was clean, but there appeared to be water damage in the ceiling, slightly coming down; I was able to check in at 1:30 am and receive a key, yet the lobby looked shabby and I was a little concerned about safety, with dirty and smelly hallways.
