The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. The room and bathroom are clean. The room is a bit too small for two people, with only a small wardrobe and a chair; it would have helped to have towel hooks in the bathroom. Coffee and tea supplies are on the hallway, and the hot‑water system is right next door, so the noise level is high. Ants were also a problem.

The room was very clean and well situated. During the day, workers on the floor above caused extreme noise. Reaching the room requires many stairs, which is not ideal for people with mobility issues.

The location is great, but the exterior stairs are a bit awkward and high. There was nothing to store things – a table or desk would have been nice. Also, there are no places to hang a bath towel or a jacket; a small robe and hooks for bath towels in the bathroom are missing.

The location is perfect at the square. It was inconvenient not to have a sign at the entrance, and it felt unsafe to have to go through a gate and narrow stairs to reach the place.
