We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was comfortable, clean, and well organized, and the location was very convenient for exploring Chengdu. A special thank you to Ella, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. Her warm hospitality really made a difference and made us feel very well taken care of. Highly recommended!

“Починить (а лучше заменить) окна для лучшей шумоизоляции. Улучшить завтраки.”

Близко к центру, 10-15 мин до метро и нескольких торговых комплексов, напротив парк. Просторные номера, хорошая ежедневная уборка, туалетные принадлежности. Окна в принципе закрываются неплотно, а у меня еще и замок был сломан - постоянный шум с оживленной улицы, особенно ночью. У меня крайняя комната на этаже номер 8538 - непрерывный гул от центральной вентиляционной установки (или от центрального вентканала). В других номерах так не слышно, а я спал только в берушах. Прозрачная стена в туалет (хоть и с занавеской) - сильно странное решение, хоть и не критично. Завтрак на 3+ , не проголодаешься, но и радости особой не доставляет

“Great stay after getting to the hotel”

Very helpful staff, regular Breakfast. No clear instructions on getting there. The confirmation must have the location of the hotel in local Chinese and even a way to confirm that the taxi has taken you to the correct Hotel. The taxi driver charged us Y175 and dropped us at Holiday Inn Express TianFu Airport rather than TianFu Square. We had to catch the Airport shuttle and go by metro line. After we got off the metro, it was a hassle to get a taxi to the hotel. Better instructions on how to get from the airport to the hotel- distance, travel time, cost, etc would have helped to stop getting ripped off. Even warnings of such taxi rip-offs

員工服務態度良好，餐飲不錯，CP 值高，前台服務人員態度良好，尤其是Ash和Summer都可以推薦好的週邊景點提供參考。下次再來成都可以再住此處。
