The location, price, and staff were fine. There were no large towels for the shower, the air conditioning barely cooled, the shampoo and conditioner needed improvement, and I couldn’t bring the fixed soap into the shower.

The location was very central, the breakfast buffet was tasty, check‑in was easy and luggage storage was available. The furnishings were a bit older.

The restaurant was good. The bathroom was not great.

The hotel was lovely, with the most comfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever had in South America, yet there was no bath plug available for the tub, and they said it couldn’t be used.

The staff were attentive and the breakfast was good, but the parking was removed from the property.
