I came to Bloemfontein for practicals and the air‑con crew disrupted my studies by installing air‑con in the next room without any notice, which was so disruptive. They also couldn’t change rooms because everything was apparently booked.

The staff were friendly and the service, especially at breakfast, was excellent; when we arrived late for breakfast, a lady came over to check on us. The aircon, however, was lukewarm.
