The hot tub and pool were closed during our stay, even though they claimed it would open at 9am, but it stayed shut all day; no staff were nearby, no information or assistance was offered, and the property looked very run down.

The rental fit our needs perfectly; the rooms were well laid out and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, the lounge was cozy and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, though the dinner menu was basic.
