“buen hotel”
The facilities, the golf course, and the room were great, but there was no assigned parking spot in the room, so I had to look for a place to park my car.

The location and nature were nice, but the cleanliness left something to be desired.

It was a very quiet place to spend a weekend, yet it was a bit dirty and there were dead cockroaches in the hallways.

We arrived about seven hours before the Mexico match and the service at the new restaurant or the Sports area was terrible; they denied us access and we ended up at Rancho Avandaro to watch the game with friends there. If you’re a client, they should give priority to customers. We didn’t use the facilities, only used the room to store our stuff, sleep, and leave the next day; we would have liked to enjoy more. The fireplace didn’t work—it would light and then go out.
