Check‑in was calm, the service was good. The beds on the upper floor lack curtains, but otherwise everything is great.

The staff are excellent, helpful, and the location is great. There’s no cheap take‑away or self‑service restaurant nearby, but the supermarket does the trick.

I had a mix of good and bad moments. Samuel welcomed me warmly, was very helpful, proactive, and handled the reception quickly and attentively. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness. The kitchen was very dirty and seemed not to have been properly cleaned during my stay, and the bathroom was also lacking in hygiene. The accommodation is basic, so that’s understandable for the price, but cleanliness and hygiene are essential. I appreciate Samuel’s service, but mainly because of the cleaning issues I can’t recommend this place.

The proximity to Congonhas Airport is a plus. I’m a digital nomad and usually stay in hostels, but this place feels more like a converted house than a professional setup. When I arrived, the room wasn’t clean, the living area was a bit messy with floor cloths scattered around, and the kitchen needed a serious clean‑up. I didn’t feel comfortable using the common areas.
