Nothing good to mention, everything was disappointing.

The spot sits about 1.2 km from the main beach; the property itself is 200 m off the main road and the approach road gets pretty congested. The room and bathroom are spacious, the view around is nice, and hot water is available. I could order breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and the parking can fit 3‑4 four‑wheelers. When I checked the bill, the total shown for two rooms was Rs 5000, but the owner demanded Rs 5600 in cash, overcharging me. When I pointed it out, he was very rude and claimed I was cheating him, while in reality he was cheating me (and the government) by adding 12 % GST without giving a GST invoice. He suggested that if I wanted to save the Rs 600, I could cancel the whole booking so he could save his commission.
