The staff were very accommodating, especially with my late check‑in. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff friendly, but the pool shown on the website was unusable.

Housekeeper Ruben was polite, respectful, and eager to help with anything we asked, making our stay much more comfortable, yet the property management was rude and unhelpful.
