The staff’s friendliness and warmth went beyond what we expected; Elhajja was welcoming and kind, and Mr Ahmed spent time showing us the best spots in the medina, always ready to answer any questions or requests. Breakfast was superb, consistently varied with an abundance of savory and sweet options, Moroccan tea, juice, and a daily surprise dish like bissara or eggs in tomato sauce—overall a fantastic experience.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this stunning riad, perfectly situated, with clean, comfortable rooms and flawless air conditioning. The breakfast was honestly the best we’d had all trip, and the riad’s ambience was charming. Ahmed greeted us warmly from the start, offered excellent tips for exploring Fes, and even marked key sites on our phones. We were treated to a delicious breakfast and wonderful Moroccan tea, with Ahmed teaching us how to brew it and later preparing it again in the evening, plus a great chat about Moroccan culture.

The place is in a great spot and feels very family‑friendly. Ahmed is extremely helpful, and his grandmother prepares amazing breakfasts. I’ll definitely return to this spot on my next trip to Fez. I have no complaints.

Very clean, very nice breakfast, and the staff were very friendly. We didn’t have a hairdryer in the room.

The hosts on site were super friendly and helpful—thanks to Abdul and Ahmet🙌🏻—and the breakfast was delicious; the location is also very central in the Medina. The only downside was unpleasant odors coming from the bathroom drain, but otherwise everything was great.
