The atmosphere was lovely, but there was a noticeable Indian smell.

The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and polite. The meals were hot and delicious whilst being reasonably priced. The room was smart and clean. I had no complaints whatsoever!

The room was spacious, very clean and situated in a good location. Free parking was available nearby on Exchange Street and breakfast was quite passable. The staff were friendly and helpful when they were present. However, Room 1 faces a flat roof with several noisy commercial extractors and cooling units, and nothing else softens the view. We were not keen on the almost commercial feel of this property, the lack of warmth, and the almost deserted atmosphere. The TV remote had worn-out symbols.

The staff were fantastic very very helpful especially Amy. Not disability friendly at all, also cannot set you room temperature as you would like it. Breakfast looks and tastes if it was partially pre cooked and not freshly prepared . For the price of staying there not value for money
