I was pleased with the location near the tram station and the easy access to the Goat Tower, and the staff were consistently helpful. The breakfast was excellent, but we had to leave early to head home.

The hotel sits right on Taksim Square, offering a nice view of the Bosphorus, and the staff went out of their way to decorate our room for our honeymoon, which I loved. However, the hotel is very small, so the rooms feel cramped and hard to fit large luggage; there is no pool or other special amenities.

The rooms were clean, well‑appointed, and modern, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Minor problems included misaligned bidets, crooked switch placements, and a non‑functional air‑conditioning unit in the gym. There was some unavoidable noise from daytime construction and nighttime concerts. A taxi driver we called to take us to the airport overcharged us when we paid by credit card; while the hotel can’t control the driver, it might help to work with reliable ones.

I regularly stay in Istanbul at this hotel, and its location is ideal—close to Taksim, Istiklal, the airport express, the metro, and more. The hotel is comfortable and cozy. As a seasoned visitor, I noticed the breakfast buffet has become a bit more modest.
