The gentleman was friendly and did his best to please us; when we arrived in the courtyard we were a bit surprised by the clutter, but the rented portion was tidy and clean. The room was spacious with comfortable bedding, and the bathroom was very clean with brand‑new towels. It was disappointing that the website advertised a sauna that we never saw.

The host’s attentiveness and cheerful attitude, the comfort of the accommodation, the sound insulation of the rooms, the quiet area, and the recommendations for various restaurants were all excellent. A little lawn mowing outside would be fine, though understandable given the host’s possible health concerns, while the interior remains impeccable.

The bed was clean and the dog was happy; everything else was awful! We were up in the middle of the night because the drainage pipes smelled terrible. The garden is a mess and the landlord’s apartment is a complete disaster.

The bed and breakfast offered a decent room on the ground floor with two double beds, a single bed, and an extra crib if needed, plus optional air conditioning. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the host was friendly and welcoming. However, there are still some minor quirks, the downstairs and surrounding area are a bit messy, and there is no space to eat upstairs; breakfast is served in the host’s open kitchen, which felt somewhat awkward.
