The venue sits near Calle Crisologo, the area is decent—especially at night—and the staff are accommodating, but parking space is too small.

The place sits in a fantastic spot and the staff went above and beyond. My room was spotless, with a separate shower and toilet area. Breakfast was tasty and offered a wide range of options. They’re eco‑friendly, too—no bottled water, just a glass pitcher of drinking water. If you need a hairdryer, just ask at the front desk. I can’t think of any downside; we loved it and had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Nice and clean. Breakfast needs improvement.

Overall good. No consideration for PWD; the staircase is hard to navigate if you’re using a cane. Bookings didn’t indicate there’s no elevator. 😒

We booked 3 rooms and they were all very clean. Bed linen was new, white and fresh. The room had ample space for luggage. The air conditioning was already turned on when we arrived so the room was nice and cool. One of the rooms we booked had a veranda and although basic (just a table and chairs) was a cozy spot to just sit and enjoy the surroundings-even if the house next door was dilapidated and covered with vegetation-very peaceful. The hotel is in a quiet location but also very central to a lot of the main activities of the town. You can either walk or take a very reasonably priced kalesa (horse and carriage) local ride to take you around and if you want-wait for you. The staff is very helpful providing guests with information (a laminated pamphlet) on where to go, what to see, opening times, etc. Limited parking for guests. Although the bed linen was nice and clean, the towels in the room were a bit old, frayed and thinning. Breakfast was basic and limited but we were 5 people and the staff still gave us breakfast for 6 people because we booked 3 rooms - which was a nice surprise. There is no elevator to get to the rooms so you will have to climb several flights of stairs. Wasn’t an issue for us but could be a consideration for others. The rooms didn’t have refrigerators but we were able to store our cold food in the hotel refrigerator. The shower was also a bit weak in terms of water pressure. The staff were all very helpful and did their best to keep us all comfortable so, really minor inconveniences. We would come back again
