“Tired old hotel - dingy.”
The bathroom was old, tired, and dated. Water pressure was very poor and hot water was pathetic. The shower didn’t work properly and the old shower screen needed proper cleaning.

The room was large and the shower was great, but it looked very budget‑style with no extras. The bed was uncomfortable, and parking was a joke—had to park at the convention centre and lug luggage back to the hotel.

The staff were excellent, but the price felt a little high.

The location was convenient, our stay was wonderful, and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast arrived quickly and offered a decent variety. The room was cleaned daily, so no complaints there. Parking cost $50—first time paying for parking, but overall I’m satisfied. The valet was quick, and retrieving the car was just as fast. Front‑desk staff were very friendly. I gave the hotel a 9 out of 10; I deducted one point because there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign in the room and no toilet brush, which was odd. All in all, we liked the hotel. A big THANK YOU to the staff and management.

The shower had hair in it and there was dust and rubbish in the corners of the bathroom
