The location and cleanliness were fine, but after many trips to Boston I finally stayed at the Ritz‑Carlton and it fell short of my hopes; it does have 5‑star features like 24‑hour room service and always‑available housekeeping, yet the property shows its age, the restaurant menu didn’t entice me at all, and overall the experience was just mediocre.

I cancelled my visit. I did not stay there. I spoke with the finance manager who cancelled my visit and have still been charged $7300. This is ridiculous and robbery. I have made numerous calls to “ ” and cannot get past an AI “agent” or voice. It’s a scam. It makes no sense for me to have to pay you over seven thousand dollars when my stay was cancelled and the rooms were probably used by someone else.

Please, provide investigation about payment. On 10 of February at 16:00 pm we checked out. Before going out we paid to the reception 506 $. Personal returned 5$ and said that on checking in we made payment 3400 $ and 5$ was extra payment. So, she got 501$ from us. After coming home, two days later I found out that your hotel took from my bank card 501,44$. I wrote to your personal about it, but they didn’t return me money. Just check video on 10 of February 16:10 pm
