Everything was great – the staff were very friendly, the room was spotless, and the breakfast buffet had no missing items. There was everything for breakfast, it was class, excellent, and highly recommended. I’ll definitely come back next year.

The pool was great, the food was super, and the value for money was excellent. There was nothing to complain about.

Everything was fine. The hotel is very large, and I got lost twice 😂. I had a Shi Tao massage that was excellent. The food was plentiful and there was a wide variety. I can’t think of anything to criticize. Maybe the wooden toilet lids could be replaced – they’re a bit hard and the edges are too sharp.

The wellness area is very appealing and the staff – especially at the reception – were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were no staff members overseeing the spa area from time to time, so boisterous and noisy children and party‑going women prevented a peaceful and relaxing experience in the wellness area.

I booked just one night because I was on a hiking tour; after a long day I used the wellness oasis to unwind, and everything else was perfect.
