“Friendly Staff & Easy Access to Hospital”
Easy access to hospital, friendly staff and great food at the Covey spot, yet the TV control was faulty or not reading TV easily.

I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my experience. The home was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed. The host was kind, welcoming, and very responsive whenever I had a question. I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail. It felt like a home away from home, and I would happily stay here again. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Everything!✨️👌

The valet parking, reception service, and room size were excellent, yet the rooms only get cleaned if you leave early; we took down the “do not disturb” sign at 10 am and the room was still unclean.

This is the best hotel in Gainesville – super clean, secure, and the staff and valet are the absolute best; I highly recommend it and feel lucky they helped me during a tough time. I love Hotel Eleo! Nothing else to add – I LOVE HOTEL ELEO!!!

The staff were excellent throughout the property—friendly, professional, and helpful. The restaurant was a highlight with good food and great service, and the front desk and parking team were equally welcoming and attentive. Unfortunately, the room itself fell far short of a four‑star standard; the first room had a strong mold/musty smell, so we asked for a change, but the second room had the same issue and the odor was so strong that both of us needed allergy medication at night. The AC was extremely loud, hard to regulate, and blew directly toward the bed, and the mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable—fundamental comfort and cleanliness standards that any hotel room should meet.
