The hotel’s location is wonderful. The balcony, tucked into the corner of the building, offers a 270‑degree view of the mountains, while the heart of the resort is just a few steps away. Communication from the hotel and the manager was confusing: after booking and receiving confirmation, the manager called to request an advance transfer for the first night so he could confirm the reservation the next day. Since no debit had been made on my credit card, I was supposed to arrange an international transfer within 20 hours, which was impossible. Upon arrival, after paying for the stay in advance, the manager asked me to cancel the reservation with vague explanations that I found bizarre. Otherwise, the stay was fine.
