“I booked this reservation because it was the cheapest at the time.”

Breakfast was inedible—the small muffins were dense and didn’t taste good, the granola bar was awful, and the coffee was just warm. The bathroom floor corners were dirty, the walls and trim need painting, and there were stains in the sink that were hard to tell if they were stained or just not cleaned. A cockroach crawled on the floor; I killed it and left it for you. It was extremely noisy with kids crying, dogs barking, and people running up and down the hall.

The facility, especially the room, needs updating; I wouldn’t stay there again. It needs renovating.

“Dingy, cockroaches, trash outside not a place to stay”

There was nothing to like - we didn’t stay there When we parked there was trash outside the lobby in the parking lot boxes of trash, then there were other items waiting to be moved inside load that normally goes through the back, the glass sign on the counter was broken and no one bothered to clean it, the main guy just seemed high anyway we checked in walked in the room as soon as we opened the door there was a huge dead cockroach and one ran away, we just walked out and asked for our money back the corridors smelled. Overall very dingy place.i would not recommend it to anyone. The guy would not refund me my money and I can’t get hold of to complain and get my money back so will not be using either as u cannot get any help other than AI. “RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!”

The hotel’s proximity to the airport was convenient, and the bed linen and towels were surprisingly clean. But the overall condition was poor and uninviting. I felt unsafe despite gates, fencing, and a security guard—why even need a guard? The bathroom was filthy: black filth where the toilet seat meets the toilet, hair in the tub, a broken shower head that leaked everywhere, a broken handheld shower attachment, holes in the curtain, and terrible lighting. I will never stay here again.

The room and staff were decent and respectful. However, the bathtub had not been cleaned and the dishes appeared dirty, even though plasticware was used.
