“It was super nice to get out and relax but it was super stressful not getting what I was expecting for the room”

I loved the vibe around the hotel, but it was a surprise to find out we’d be sharing a room and that the “kitchenette” was just a microwave in the middle of the room. On top of that, maintenance tried to pop into our room at 10 am when we were supposed to check out at 11 am.

The spot was perfect for catching the concert, but the room was a nightmare to locate because the directions were confusing and the space was much smaller than I’d expected.

The elevators were covered in blankets, and a sign warned that the water might be brown.

The location was great, relatively easy check ina nd check out process. Our stuff was thrown out by house keeping when we went to get breakfast the day we were leaving. We had taken our larger stuff to the car and were coming back for food and other smaller things after breakfast as we had a couple hours until check out. Upon returning maybe 30 minutes later, house keeping had thrown everything away. We reached out to the front desk and house keeping then proceeded to lie about how much was left. They brought us our thrown away food in a garbage bag in the middle of the lobby. the front desk staff said they would escalate it to management who would give us a call. We have not recieved that call
