The room is good and comfortable, and the staff is accessible and polite. There was a mistake in my check‑in and people entered my room while I was inside. The reception confirmed that the gym was functional, but it was not. The Internet was not working; I asked for support and they couldn’t fix it. The reception said breakfast would start at 6am and takeaway would be available, but at 6:20 breakfast was still not ready and no takeaway was offered. I asked for the book of complaints and they couldn’t find it. I don’t recommend the restaurant or room service either. Management should improve their service and transparency with guests.

Great location. The bathroom design feels outdated—using a bathtub means water splashes all over the room, so the bathrooms could use a modern upgrade.

The place is superbly located and the outdoor area is very pleasant, but the breakfast was missing bacon.
