The countryside setting was nice, but the breakfast crockery and cutlery were disappointing—paper plates, cardboard cups, and wooden utensils. The hairdryer also failed to work.

The Il Pollino flower park sits inside the Pollino park, making it a convenient base for outdoor activities and trekking. It’s just on the outskirts of the village of Viggianello, at the foot of a castle surrounded by silence and tranquility. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and equipped with air‑conditioning. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is tidy and stocked with hygiene products. Angelica greeted us with extreme kindness and availability, gave us two large bottles of fresh water, and left the coffee machine at our disposal. The breakfast that was already set up on the reserved table was very good and plentiful, with savory and sweet items, yogurt, fruit juice, and enough water for four people. Highly recommended!

Angelica was very good, helpful, and even went out of her way to meet my son’s request—something I didn’t expect, not everyone does that. She’s a wonderful person, the rooms are beautiful, welcoming, and especially clean, and the breakfast was good and modest. Everything was prepared by our dear Angelica. Thank you for everything.
