It was normal. The staff service was bad, I needed a utensil, they didn’t give it to me and that was rude.

O Hotel Guarumar ficou bem do meu jeito. A localização é top, dá pra chegar rápido a tudo que você precisa na região. A limpeza está impecável, tanto nos quartos quanto nos corredores, e a equipe é super cordial e prestativa. Fátima, em especial, foi muito atenciosa, sempre pronta a ajudar e garantindo que a gente tivesse uma boa experiência. Se você quer algo prático, bem localizado, limpo e com atendimento de qualidade no Guarujá, vale a pena.

Não foi a melhor experiência. Não havia travesseiro para a cama de solteiro, e uma das lâmpadas embutidas no banheiro estava queimada, deixando o ambiente bem escuro. O box do banheiro era pequeno demais e os móveis pareciam precisar de reforma. No geral, não ficou satisfatório.
