The property is decent for the price, but during the four days we stayed, the room was never cleaned or had towels changed; you have to ask them in the morning, yet no one is at reception then. 😡 Otherwise everything was normal. The room cleaning was lacking.

I had a nightmare with the booking site, which I would rate zero stars if I could. I booked through their intermediary, thinking it would give me some safety, but it was a huge mistake. The hotel itself was a disaster: the bathroom ceiling collapsed, there was a risk of electrocution, dampness, filth, and total insecurity. I was literally put in danger, and I have photos to prove it. The customer service was a joke—unreachable, disorganized, and indifferent. Every time I tried to call, they hung up. No accountability, no solution, just a wall of indifference. The platform doesn't protect its clients and ignores the consequences of bad recommendations. As long as they collect the money, they don't care about the rest. It's not only shameful but dangerous. I strongly advise against using this service. If you value your safety, peace of mind, and decent service, stay away. As a regular customer, this is the last time I’ll use it, and it should be for you too.

The location was quite central and easy to reach the beach and the shopping street. The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and there was mold on the curtains.
