“Convenient location right in the heart of a local shopping district and transport interchange.”

Just a block from Totsuka Station and its big shopping area, this was our second visit; we booked the largest room (room 720) and had plenty of space for our large clamshell suitcases to stay open; everything felt fresh and new, and even though the twin beds were used, they were super comfy; the buffet breakfast changed daily and included a much‑needed espresso machine for a self‑serve morning kick‑start; laundry is on the lobby floor, but we chose to spend that time exploring the shops instead.

The station is just a short walk away. The only drawback is that you can’t get in or out of the ground floor during the early morning and late night hours.

“Fantastic!”

The room was comfortable and roomy, all facilities were up‑to‑date, and overall it was a great stay; parking is a bit hard to locate, so clearer directions would help.

“Comfortable room conveniently located in Totsuka”

The hotel sits right in the shopping district and is very close to Totsuka station. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide range of western and Japanese dishes, and the espresso machine was a rare find in Japan. The rooms were the biggest we saw in the area, and a washing machine was provided for guests. There was nothing to complain about; for a typical Japanese hotel, this place was very good.
