The establishment has a certain charm. Its proximity to the ferry let us leave the car in Lévis, and the old Quebec tour was very accessible. The room was a half‑basement, very old‑school décor, and very expensive.

The location is ideal and the sundeck is nice. However, the bed was broken, the shelves in our room were falling off the walls, the paint was flaking, and the walls were filthy. It did not meet expectations; we saw other rooms that looked fine, so it really wasn’t in a rentable state.
