“Desconfortável”

Because it was close to the event we were attending, the location worked for us. However, the neighborhood turned out to be a problem: the area is called Itatinga, a district known for prostitution, and when we turned onto the street we felt lost among women in underwear and bras, which made us feel very uncomfortable. We had no warning from reviews or the address, so we trusted the listing and went. The host was kind and polite, but the surrounding area made us uneasy and we would not stay again.

The receptionist was very attentive and helpful, and the room was simple but clean. It’s close to private parking for those who leave their car to travel to Viracopos. Unfortunately, there was music in the neighborhood all night, and because the rooms are on the upper floor, the sound echoed constantly, making it hard to sleep.

The location is excellent for those who want to stay overnight or spend a few hours resting near Viracopos airport. The room was super clean and smelled nice. Service was excellent, and the environment felt family‑friendly and welcoming. Even though I had to leave early in the morning to head to the airport, the woman who attended me was very kind.
