A huge room with a very large bed and a great bathroom, plus a full kitchen; the value for money is excellent. It’s very central in Monteverde, everything is within walking distance.

The surroundings and Ernesto’s service were good. The breakfast was scanty and repetitive. Payment wasn’t flexible and we had to go to the bank to change money. We had to reschedule the zip‑line times and locations because of a lack of communication.

The place turned out to be spot‑on – we loved every bit of it. The location and the flat were even better than the pictures, and the owner was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was solid, the whole thing was spotless, and we couldn’t think of anything that was off.
