It's very comfy and the interior is very well maintained. Fan in the room would have been nice
“Ruhiges Haus in guter Lage”
The hotel sits in a great spot right in the centre, close to the clinic and with plenty of bus service, plus a huge parking area and rooms that have balconies. Communication with guests seems to be ignored – the front desk is rarely staffed and everything is handled by a secretary in the lobby, the manager only greets without actually speaking, which clashes with the warm tone on the international site; at breakfast everything arrives on the table at once, the space is cramped, there’s no air‑conditioning, we didn’t book the penultimate week, there’s no safe and the lockers use simple keys.

I managed to check in on short notice, the process was smooth with no staff present, and the pre‑arrival email was well prepared. However, there were too many well‑meaning extras like jewelry boxes, scented sachets, and pillows on the beds, and the room should have been cleared to create space.
