“A Last Minute Gem Of A Find”

This was our first visit to the place and we found it to be a fantastic discovery! It’s a hit with car lovers and there are some amazing cars on display. Every staff member we spoke to was very friendly and helpful, and no request felt like a big deal even when the hotel was busy; everyone kept a smile. Our room was huge and just right for our stay, and the shower was massive, which made for a great night’s sleep. Tea, coffee, and fresh milk were in the room, and a full‑size fridge sat just outside. Breakfast was included and we chose from the menu; the crowd there also included people with cars and motorbikes, so it wasn’t your typical hotel buffet. The selection was solid and the ingredients were top quality. Overall, the value was excellent and we’d definitely return because the location is great for exploring, being close to Stratford’s centre and Warwick. The surroundings were beautiful and the sunset was spectacular.

“We wouldn’t stay again”

The staff were very pleasant, the location was nice, and the room was clean. However, there was no heating in the room in October, which made it very uncomfortable. The bed had a lumpy mattress, the shower lacked a shelf, the room looked tired with paint scuffs on the walls and carpet stains, and there were bright green flashing lights from the smoke alarm above the bed. The food was poor, expensive, and the portions were very small.

“Good once bedding was provided for the second night”

The location was great. I booked a triple room with one double bed and one sofa bed, but on arrival the staff said there was no booking for a triple room. When we were taken to our room, the staff member was not very helpful when I asked. Consequently, my son had to share the bed with me the first night because there was no bedding for the sofa bed.
