It’s right in the city centre with a huge parking lot and a lovely café with a great view, yet the hotel smelled strongly of sewage and the room became unbearable without the aromatherapy light on.

The place sits right in the center, and whether you’re grabbing coffee or eating in the dining room, the view down to Tam Đảo valley and the Tam Đảo Castle is stunning. The room, however, smelled old and the soundproofing was awful.

Breakfast was average, mostly regular Vietnamese dishes. When I opened the door to my room, the cigarette smell in the bedroom was intense; I had to run the air conditioner for a while to let the scent fade and my nose adjust.
