The building feels a bit run‑down and occasionally unsettling, but the apartment itself is freshly renovated with great attention to detail. The only drawback was the apartment’s location.

The property is well furnished and clean, and it offers a common room for breakfast or meals with a kitchenette that includes a fridge, kettle, microwave and coffee machine. Breakfast only had coffee, tea and herbal teas. The rooms were clean, cool and comfortable. The common room wasn’t air‑conditioned, so staying there during this season’s temperatures would have been tough.

The room was spacious and clean. The shared kitchen allowed you to make coffee, tea and infusions. The condominium parking was convenient for leaving the car.

The room was clean, warm, spacious and welcoming. The water and a Bacio Perugina were a nice touch.
