The view from the balcony overlooking the mountains was great, but the bathroom had some used sewing tools already in it.

The owners were very friendly, the breakfast was good, the value for money was very good, and the location was quiet.

The location and breakfast were okay. I had booked a dinner here, but on arrival I was told it wasn’t possible because the woman (the cook) had had surgery and could no longer cook, so we had to find another place to eat. There was also a mini‑fridge in the room that wouldn’t turn on; when I asked, I was told it wasn’t switched on, and several guests had made a mess of it.

The owner was very nice, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect – in the center of Seefeld. The shower in one room had hot‑water problems.
