How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The suite was spot‑on – huge, clean bathroom and staff who actually cared. Parking, though, was a nightmare if you have luggage or are older, the drop‑off area is cramped. We got there on a Thursday, so the pool and sauna were still being cleaned, which was a bit disappointing.

The chalet felt roomy and comfy, the bed was just right and everything was sparkling clean. The only thing that fell short was the bathroom, which could have been a bit more comfortable.

Staff were friendly and quick to help, which made a good first impression. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and we had to wait for it to be cleaned, only to find an open soap bar left by the previous guest. The kids’ play area was in terrible shape – exposed nails, missing wood pieces and broken parts that should have been taken out of service. Breakfast didn’t start until 8:30, which was too late for my daughter who wakes at 6.
